Membership
Membership at The Fletcher Collective is open to everyone. Here's the process:
- Tour the house and/or join us for dinner
- Submit an application
- Come to an interview with current house members
- Current members must come to consensus on accepting new members
If you are interested in joining us, please email fletcher@kzoocoop.org to setup a tour of the house. You may then submit a Fletcher Collective Membership Application (doc) for consideration by our current members. We accept applications on a rolling basis - applicants are reviewed in the order that they apply.

Current Costs
- Double room: $386 per month. Includes lease, utilities, food, and common supplies.
- Single room: $473 per month. Includes lease, utilities, food, and common supplies.
- One-time refundable security deposit: $300
- Annual membership fee: $20

Contract Term
- Contracts at The Fletcher Collective run from May 1 - April 30
- Members may sublease their space if approved by the house
